Ordering Guidelines for  Arrangements

Passion Roots is pleased to provide arrangements for birthdays, milestones, thoughtful gifts and special occasions under our Green Trunk line.

There is a $1,500 minimum May 1st-Aug 31st during peak wedding season. 

How do I choose my arrangement?

Each arrangement is created by the floral designer from available seasonal flowers of the highest quality. Please choose the color of your arrangement from our PALETTE page. The color options are for inspiration only and do not serve to represent the exact colors of your arrangement. Your arrangement will be created with monochromatic blooms and foliage from your chosen color family.


How do I place an order?

To place your order please email hello@passionroots.com and include the following information:

1. Delivery or Pickup (additonal charges apply for delivery based on location-please provide address) 

2. Date and Time Preferred 

3. Florals Requested

4. Color Palette

4. Floral Preferences (or Dislikes)

6. Floral Budget

7. Up to 3 Inspiration Photos-Our GAZE portfolio is the perfect place to start.

We will then email you a floral invoice for your approval.


How much does each arrangement cost?

There is a $1,500 minimum May 1st-Aug 31st during peak wedding season. 

Our minimum during non-peak months is below:

$95 and up for a tabletop arrangement
$300 and up for a full-sized bouquet with boutonniere


How will I receive my order?

You may pick up your floral pieces from the Passion Roots design studio in Waimanalo.  We also deliver throughout Oahu for an additional fee. 

Studio Hours: Sunday-Friday: 9 am to 5 pm by appointment only
*** We are CLOSED on Saturday***
You may pick up your floral pieces on Friday for a Saturday event and refrigerate them at your own risk.
