Do you have a minimum?

We try to accommodate the different ranges of floral and design budgets, but for 2012 we do have a minimum for Full Service Weddings of $2,500.00.

For floral requests under $2500.00, please ask for information on our PLUSH by Passion Roots line of florals.  Please contact us for more information.

Are you available for Saturday Weddings?

Unfortunately, we do not offer our services on Saturday. However, we do have Saturday clients who choose to pick up their orders, or have them delivered on Friday afternoon which saves on installation charges.

Do you work with Destination Brides?

Yes we do! Hawaii is a beautiful place to have a wedding and we will do our best to make sure our destination brides have a wonderful experience preparing for their event from afar.

What can I bring to a consultation?

Please bring any inspiration via magazine clippings, color swatches, photos of your wedding attire if chosen, or you can send inspirational materials via email as well as links through different wedding channels such as The Knot, Martha Stewart Weddings, Pinterest and more.

Note: When you share inspirational pictures via email please let me know why you like or do not like them. Share in detail why you like a picture. Please do not send a picture with a blank message because we will not know why you liked it. Was it the floral design, the color, or the texture you enjoyed? The more communication the better!

What is your deposit fee?

Passion Roots requires a $350.00 SAVE THE DATE fee that secures your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the scheduled event day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, check, Paypal and credit cards. Unfortunately, the client is in charge of paying the management fee when Paypal or credit cards are used.

Do you have a price list to view?

Yes we do. : ) You can view them here for floral pricing and event pricing.

Can I bring you my own vases, personal pieces, and unique decor to insert into my floral arrangements?

We embrace our client’s individual style and can add these items into your design.

Note: All vases need to come washed, without tags and ready to use. All pieces that will be shipped to our studio cannot arrive for storage until 4 weeks before your event as we do not have the space for this. There will be a processing fee for each piece that needs to be washed, prepped, and shined for us to begin our designs.

Can I pick up my flowers from from you instead of having them delivered?

Yes of course! You can pick up your floral designs from our studio in Waimanalo.

Can you deliver and set up for my event?

Passion Roots can deliver and set up all your floral needs for your big day. Let us know how we can make your event less stressful!
