Our Signature Line offers a full-service, bespoke floral-styling for clients who are looking for customized, high-design florals. We are dedicated to working with you from the conception of your personal floral narrative to the execution of your floral installation. We take great care in educating our clients and guiding them to the best of their floral needs. We have a $5000 floral minimum (not including tax and installation).

Passion Roots observes a Saturday Sabbath and is no longer accepting Saturday weddings.

 

The Process

Talk Story Call 

In our island culture, Talk Story is a time to catch up with a dear friend or get to know someone better or a complete stranger. We begin our design process by getting to know a little more about you, your floral style, and vision. Scheduling a 30 minute complimentary phone call to connect with you allows us to ‘talk story’ about your event and share our design process as we assist you on this journey. 

Design Consultation

The Full Design Consultation is a 60-90 minute meeting by phone or zoom. During this meeting, we explore in detail your vision for your event and begin to conceptualize and design your florals while making personalized recommendations based on your taste, personality, and budget. A discussion on color story, floral choices and longevity, statement designs, logistics and budget will be made at this time to bring your event to life. 

Proposal

A custom design proposal will be shared with you within 2-4 weeks after the Full Design Consultation. A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your floral order with us.
